Dj, producer, remixer, Arno Gonzalez has been exploring for over 20 years danceable but demanding electronic music, without denying house and the techno of the origins, sometimes venturing into regions melodic sounds close to electronica.

It was in 1998 that he started behind the decks and gradually brought together an audience of enthusiasts. During the 3 years that followed he perfects his DJ skills and begins learning the computer-assisted music. His first EP was released on the label Parisian MISSIVE, He signs a good number of EP’s and remixes as well as his 2 first albums on the Timid Records label. Today his discography is also available on labels such as Sudbeat, Obenmusik, Time

Has Changed, Natural Rhythm, Etia Creations, Enjoy, Great Recordings, Qubiq… and now Brique Rouge, David Duriez’s legendary label!

His performances in France and then internationally have always been a source of inspiration and encounters, a driving force for inviting artists to its beautiful city of Angers (Fr) and making a connection with the local scene during its “Domingo” and “Modern” residencies. We found him on the stages of Rave On snow (Austria), Astropolis (Brest),

the Rex Club (Paris), Panoramas (Morlaix), Piknic Electronik (Montreal), SXSW Festival (Austin), HSPTL Club (Russia), Les Îlots Electroniques (Tours), Paso Tyson (Nantes), Made Festival (Rennes).

Always looking for projects that motivate his creativity, it is not uncommon to see him behind his machines on stage for projects with alongside artists such as Carlos Nilmmns (Coccoon, Trax, Planet-E /Glasgow), Camille Rodriguez (B-Trax / Paris), or even Alexinho (world beatbox champion) under their alias FURYO.

Whether live or in a DJ set, he always takes his audience into an hypnotic journey with surprising relief that is both powerful and groovy,  fond of performances without a net, improvising and restructuring some of his pieces which remained on the turntables of some big names in techno (Laurent Garnier, Richie Hawtin…) or sharing the latest sound nuggets from his favorite artists.
